GlowNow Privacy Policy
Effective June 22, 2026
1. Who controls your data
GlowNow Global LLC operates GlowNow and is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact page.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use GlowNow, we process account and contact details, profile information, consent records, authentication identifiers, booking activity, approximate or precise location when you choose to provide it, reviews, support communications, device/security logs, and payment references supplied by payment providers. GlowNow does not store complete payment-card details.
3. Why we process it
We process data to create and secure accounts, provide bookings and platform features, perform requested transactions, prevent fraud, support users, meet legal and accounting duties, improve reliability, and establish or defend legal claims. Optional marketing messages are sent only when you opt in and may be withdrawn.
4. Sharing and processors
Data is shared only as needed with selected salons, authentication, hosting, email, maps, analytics/security, customer-support, and payment providers, or with authorities where legally required. Providers must process data for defined purposes and appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
5. Retention
Active account data is retained while the service is provided. After customer deletion, direct profile information is anonymized and access is revoked. Booking, payment, invoice, consent, security, dispute, and audit records may be retained for applicable Dutch/EU legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and claims periods. Retained reviews are displayed as written by “Deleted user.”
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
7. Security and children
GlowNow uses access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and restricted administrative access. No online service is risk-free. GlowNow is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to the service in their country.
8. Policy changes
Material changes receive a new policy version and effective date. Where required, GlowNow will provide notice or request renewed consent.
