GlowNow Terms of Service
Effective June 22, 2026
1. Operator and acceptance
GlowNow is operated by GlowNow Global LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the current Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. GlowNow may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
3. Marketplace role
GlowNow provides technology for discovering salons, managing bookings, and related services. Salons remain responsible for their services, qualifications, pricing, availability, hygiene, customer care, and compliance with local requirements.
4. Bookings and payments
Prices, fees, cancellation rules, and available payment methods are shown during the relevant flow. You must review them before confirming. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, and no-shows are handled under the displayed booking rules and applicable consumer law. A payment is not final merely because a browser displays success; GlowNow verifies provider status server-side.
5. Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews must reflect genuine completed experiences. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, automated, or security-disrupting content. GlowNow may moderate content and preserve necessary audit evidence. When an account is deleted, retained reviews are attributed to “Deleted user.”
6. Account deletion
Customers may request deletion from their profile. Access is revoked and direct profile information is anonymized. GlowNow may retain bookings, payment, invoice, fraud-prevention, consent, dispute, and audit records where needed for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate claims.
7. Availability and liability
GlowNow works to provide a reliable platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the independent conduct of every salon. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
Material updates will receive a new version and effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules.
